I have been helping my clients to feel better, reduce pain in all areas of the neck and back, and improve their overall quality of life through my own private personal training services for the past 14 years. I regularly serve Norwich, Old Saybrook, New London, Old Lyme, and Surrounding Areas.

As a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEP), I have 16 years of clinical hospital based experience developing fitness prescriptions to meet my clients needs. These prescriptions are used to increase functional capacity and reduce pain and stress levels for my clients suffering from back and neck pain. I will happily work with your doctor to maximize the benefits you can achieve with my personal training for pain reduction.

I am a personal trainer for pain reduction with an extensive background — I am a medical professional with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and years of experience in creating and implementing neck and back pain exercise prescriptions in this area. Safety is my first concern in training with you during our sessions and in teaching you how to train when you are on your own. It is especially important to train properly and safely.

My training as an RCEP, combined with my years of clinical experience in hospitals and personal practice, puts me in a unique position to work with patients suffering from all kinds of spinal issues.
