Personal Training for Pain Reduction with Arthur Sculco
I want to help you rediscover a healthy, energetic life that is no longer filled with nagging pain. I have been helping my clients to feel better, reduce pain in all areas of the neck and back, and improve their overall quality of life through my own private personal training services for the past 14 years. I regularly serve Norwich, Old Saybrook, New London, Old Lyme, and Surrounding Areas.
As a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEP), I have 16 years of clinical hospital based experience developing fitness prescriptions to meet my clients needs. These prescriptions are used to increase functional capacity and reduce pain and stress levels for my clients suffering from back and neck pain. I will happily work with your doctor to maximize the benefits you can achieve with my personal training for pain reduction.
I have the scientific know-how and experience to help you improve the quality of your life, lessen uncomfortable and annoying symptoms, and help you find your ability and confidence to enjoy life to its fullest. Using equipment I supply to monitor your vital signs and other important potential risk factors, I will work with you in the comfort of your own home.
